Total Rewards Management Champion
About this position
To manage the corporate reward systems, in which include setting up the rewards management framework, job evaluation, job grading structure, compensation and benefit design, in order to ensure that reward system are effective to retain and attract talents for the company both domestically and regionally.
Responsibilities
• Establish and gain approval of rewards management strategy and plan for the company
• Manage and design Job evaluation and grading system to ensure job competitiveness and attractive to the market
• Analyze remuneration structure against external analysis over industry benchmark
• Manage and design total rewards scheme (pay mix) including awards in align with pay policy
• Handle salary increase, promotion, performance bonus given as a part of performance management process to ensure smoothness and retention of high performers
• Handle expat management both in-bound and out-bound to ensure smooth care of expats
