About this position

Drive the implementation of Osotspa’s corporate sustainability framework and strategy, develop and implement action plans to create values to the Company and its stakeholders, strengthening its sustainability recognition both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sustainability Pillar Leaders and Materiality Issue Champions to develop and implement action plans in support of OSP sustainability framework
• Monitor sustainable development topics that affect Osotspa’s sustainability performance.
• Develop content for Osotspa Sustainability Report, SD web pages, etc.
• Collaborate with External Affairs Team and Corporate Communications & CSR Team on sustainability advocacy
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing session on sustainability topics for employees and stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in relate field.
• 6 years experience in business sustainability, business strategy, and corporate social responsibility.
• Consulting and stakeholder engagement experience are beneficial
• Excellent English language skills, knowledge of sustainable assessment criteria
