About this position
Responsibilities
• Preventive maintenance automation system
• Automation, monitoring, Patrol check, Troubleshooting
• Daily troubleshooting Prepare periodic reports on the progress made concerning faulty machines, errors, and processes
• Support Quality systems, FSSC22000, HACCP, TPM, Safety, Improvement project
• Development skill
Requirements
• New graduate / or few 1-3 years experiences in Diploma of Electrical, Electronic, Mechanic, Mechatronic, Instrumentation and Control System Engineering
• Experience with installation & commissioning, maintenance of machine
• Understand PLC, HMI, SCADA, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi
• Understanding of electrical standards and local requirements and general electrical safety best practices.
• Understanding of “smart” instrumentation protocols (i.e.: Asi, HART, Fieldbus, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, etc.) and automation hardware (system I/O modules &/or cards, power supplies, control relays, signal conditioners, etc.)
• Possess multiple skills in the areas of fluid power, manufacturing processes, electricity, Material handling, and mechanical systems, Flowmeters and various types of field instruments etc.
