Product Manager (Medical Channel)
About this position
We are looking for the candidate who understand customer & consumer need and to be able to build awareness about how our product and service can satisfy their need. Our ideal candidate has ability and experience in developing and executing marketing campaign & strategy in medical channel, at the same time inspiring and managing the team to achieve company objective.
Responsibilities
Key Role:
• Identify target audiences, establish brand and product positioning, develop marketing objective with comprehensive execution plan across segments and channels.
• Market analysis, customer insights, consumer trend, implement marketing best practice to build successful strategy.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs end to end by leveraging internal support and drive collaboration across functional teams.
• Conduct data analytics across multiple sources of information and extract key insight for further campaign development and go to market strategies.
• Partner with on line team to design and evolve lead nurturing plans and tactics.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Basic Requirement:
• Preferably a bachelor degree in pharmacy or other related business & science.
• Experience in brand management and marketing for Pharmacy channel.
• Experience in consumer market and digital marketing.
• Experience working as medical representative or product specialist 3-5 years.
• Great communications skills with the abilities to understand and convey scientific information, business transactions in an easy-to-understand manner.
• An entrepreneurial person who has been and is responsible for one’s own P&L.
• Great interpersonal skills with abilities to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
Preference:
• Experience conducting medical seminars will be highly beneficial to the role.
• Understanding of clinics business, financial, and value chain will be supportive to a successful role.
• Ability to close sales, collect proceeds, and maintain business relationships with customers.
