About this position
Responsibilities
• Identify target audiences, establish brand and product positioning, develop marketing objective with comprehensive execution plan across segments and channels.
• Market analysis, customer insights, consumer trend, implement marketing best practice to build successful strategy.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs end to end by leveraging internal support and drive collaboration across functional teams.
• Conduct data analytics across multiple sources of information and extract key insight for further campaign development and go to market strategies.
• Partner with on line team to design and evolve lead nurturing plans and tactics.
Requirements
• Preferably a bachelor degree in pharmacy or other related business & science.
• Experience working as medical representative or product specialist 1-2 years.
• Great communications skills with the abilities to understand and convey scientific information, business transactions in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Great interpersonal skills with abilities to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience conducting medical seminars will be highly beneficial to the role.
• Understanding of beauty clinics business, financial, and value chain will be supportive to a successful role.
• Ability to close sales, collect proceeds, and maintain business relationships with customers.
