Responsibilities

• Review Technical Document
• Perform DFM analysis and reporting
• Certify navision BOM against customer BOM
• CP, PFMEA, ECN, DRN, ECR
• Oversee the creation of MAI related to his/her respective projects
• Define and validate Process/Method
• Define OFE, Paste Measurement Location
• Tooling design and validation, packaging design and validation
• Engineering profile matrix
• Create strain gage test plan
• Answer to PCB EQ
• Report (build report, PPAP, evaluation/validation, etc)
• Process improvement, validation and evaluation
• 5 why analysis/process mapping
• Yield Improvement
• NPI to Mass Production hand-over

Requirements

• S1 from any disciplines of engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in same position
• Good attitude & mindset
• English proficient
• Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of new product introduction systems, processes, and standards.
