Risk Management Staff
About this position
Responsibilities
• Identify, measure, control and monitor company's risk.
• Preparing risk assessment report to Management.
• Provide advice/feedback to related parties related to risk management matters.
• Perform review and evaluation the adequacy of risk control system.
• Promote the risk awareness to employees on the company.
• Prepare regulatory reports to external authorities in accordance with prevailing regulations.
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor's degree, preferable in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management function is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations (POJK, BI, UU, etc.), preferably within the multi-finance industry especially in Risk Management.
• Have good communication and reporting skills both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Have good initiative, analytical thinking and data processing techniques.
• Previous experience in reporting to regulators is a plus.
