About this position

This role will operate as part of the Delivery Systems Team Asia (DST), responsible for the delivery and execution of the delivery system build schedule across Asia. The DST Manager will lead a team of project leads and project specialists, managing the end-to-end delivery of projects and ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a detailed project plan including all project activities, resources, goals, objectives, scope, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, functional and technical requirements.
• Manages the end to end delivery of projects from scoping through to embedding.
• Tracks project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meeting business requirements and in compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
• Performs regular project reporting including reporting on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, team, stakeholders and benefits.
• Maintains complete and accurate documentation of all project activities.
• Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, ensuring that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained.
• Conducts status report meetings with key stakeholders and address issues/risks in an effective and timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience post professional qualification, including 5 years of direct people management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, including building a collaborative approach in the development of the direction and operations of the workstream.
• Proven influencer, able to manage processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives would be desirable.
• Demonstrated skills associated with building strong vendor & customer relationships.
• Financial acumen & budgeting experience.
