Requirements
If you have work experience as a Business Analyst professional in the Life & Annuity insurance business, we would like to discuss opportunities with you.
• 5-12 year’s experience in Philippines across Group, Life, Annuity, Pension and General Insurance Domain across Business Operations, Business Analysis, Change Management and Digital Transformations
• Customer Stakeholder Management (Business Unit Leaders, Program Managers, Product Owners, Business Process Owners, System End Users)
• Cultural sensitivity and Technology Delivery co-ordination across multi locational teams
• Insurance Packaged Software experience (OIPA, ALIP, Graphtalk, Vitech, TCSBancs, DXC, Sinosoft insurance or Sapiens insurance)
• Insurance industry and business certifications
• Passionate about technology and technology enabled change
• Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes and workflow
• Ability to solve business problems being part of agile cross functional teams
• Graduate degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering with excellent Filipino and English written and oral communication skills
