Accounting & Finance Manager

About this position

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor financial liquidity management, including cash receipts and disbursements.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets.
• Supervise and follow up on cash management activities, including accounts payable and receivable (AP, AR) reports.
• Analyze and report on the financial status of the organization.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Oversee the recording of business transactions to ensure compliance with accounting systems and standards.
• Supervise cost accounting, tax return preparation, and financial statement reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Develop internal systems to facilitate external audits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Plan and prepare annual tax reports, optimizing tax management for maximum legal benefit to the company.
• Manage and mentor team members effectively.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal consultants, and relevant government agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Extensive knowledge of taxation and accounting standards.
• Proficient in closing and analysing financial statements and all related processes.
• Skilled in business planning, budgeting control, analysis, and management.
• Competent in cash flow management and financial risk analysis.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
• Highly assertive, motivated, proactive, service-minded, enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed to continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English communication.
