As a Senior Equipment Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our medical equipment to customers. Your responsibilities will include managing equipment logistics, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing technical support to our team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Document Control: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and distribution of essential documents, including reports and consignment notes.
• Equipment Logistics: Efficiently manage the queuing and timely delivery of medical equipment to customers, ensuring smooth operations.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, including demo and loaner units.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external users, including basic installation and troubleshooting.
• Administrative Support: Assist sales, marketing, and field service teams with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior staff, providing support and training as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
