About this position

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting new clients while maintaining company's market share.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to find out what their needs.
• Conduct presentations for clients about company's medical device offerings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and advice clients on the benefits of medical devices.
• Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products.
• Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
• Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategic planning and implementation.
• Act as a main contact point for sending out product proposals and quotations, attend hospital tender, follow up contracts and payments.
• Maintaining contract records, taking orders, surveying client options, staying abreast of clinical data, and monitoring competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Physical Therapy, or any related field.
• At least 1-3 year of experience as an OR Nurse or Sales in hospital channel. (Experienced in OR will be advantaged.)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Have own vehicle with valid driving license.
