About this position

The Order Fulfillment Section Manager will support purchasing, imports, exports, and order management for the supply chain in Thailand. The role aims to implement best practices to support the business locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing function and act as escalation point.
• Ensure major KPI have been achieved: PR-EDI, Master data request, good avail report, cost saving.
• Working with BPO to continuously improve processes for better service and satisfaction.
• Implement projects as assigned by manager.
• Create collaborative working environment between local and BPO team.
• Work with manager to set annual KPI and direction for the team.
• Ensure all vendors follow compliance rules and regulations.

• Manage export and import related functions and act as escalation point.
• Ensure major KPI have been achieved: Customs clearance lead time, costing process, freight forwarder performance.
• Continuously improve processes for better service and satisfaction.
• Implement projects as assigned by manager e.g.tax saving, HTS review, RFQ.
• Create collaborative working environment among team members.
• Work with manager to set annual KPI and direction for the team.
• Ensure all vendors follow compliance rules and regulations.

• Working with BPO to continuously improve processes for better service and satisfaction.
• Implement projects as assigned by manager e.g. SAP enhancement, automation.
• Create collaborative working environment between local and BPO team.
• Work with manager to set annual KPI and direction for the team.
• Ensure all vendors follow compliance rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Logistics or any related fields.
• Full experience in supply chain area related to planning, purchasing, Import-export in management and administration, customer services to internal and external customers at least 5 years.
• Experience in Medical device business is highly advantage.
• Hand on experience in supply chain software such as SAP MM, SD module.
• Minimum 3 years experience in management level.
• Understanding of import-export process, documentation requirements follows Thai customs and Thai FDA regulation.
• People management.
• Troubleshooting.
• Process improvement and analytical skill.
