About this position

The Collections Officer is responsible for managing the dunning cycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage dunning cycle for assigned accounts to prevent and reduce AR become overdue
• Establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitate periodic payments
• Prepare, control and filing collection documents
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or any related fields
• 1 - 3 years of experience in AR, collection, credit control or any related fields
• Good command of English
• Excellent in MS Excel, Familiar with SAP is an advantage
• Attention to detail, able to work under pressure to meet the deadline efficiently
