About this position

Be competent and skillful in the responsible area to deliver best-in-class training service and help the business achieve the target of developing trainers. Develop knowledge, competency, and skills dedicated to organising the efficiency training class for the company for local and APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand and maintain clinical knowledge and product & sales competencies in the Medical Devices.
• Competent in medical products technique in general and assigned specialties thru self-learning by clinical case study, clinical paper reading, medical congress/symposium/business meeting participation, and any training courses in Thailand and overseas.
• Update and maintain training resources (including training assets) & materials
• Responsible for regular checks & reports on own specialties assets to ensure currency, completeness, adequacy, and functions.
• Responsible for ensuring training materials for assigned specialties are complete, maintained, and updated with the latest product and clinical development.
• Deliver the classroom and online training on medical products
• Able to conduct the entire basic training and advanced training for the assigned specialty on both lecture and hands-on training in Thailand and overseas.
• Able to facilitate and enable the trainee through the creative activity.
• Able to integrate soft skill training and marketing strategy with product training to improve the practicality.
• Able to create e-learning content and materials for the assigned specialties.
• Training management
• Able to organize, coordinate, communicate and facilitate the training courses.
• Able to manage the training activities, equipment, and inventory regarding the training SOP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biomedical or related field.
• At least 1-5 years of experience in medical sales, medical marketing or medical training.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with different levels.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms.
• Hands-on experience in making teaching material or publishing, reading, editing the article of clinical research would be an added advantage.
