About this position
Responsibilities
• Perform regular maintenance, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues of the SAP system.
• Handle configuration changes in SAP modules as needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for larger SAP projects, liaising with external consultants.
• Learn and understand specific modules used by the company and provide support as needed.
• Provide daily support and solutions to SAP issues and inquiries.
• Ensure Compliance of SAP standards and smooth transfer from project to support mode.
• Supervise the implementation of SAP and ensure tools are updated and in line with current business requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years relevant SAP experience and SAP Functional.
• Application Support, Technical know-how, Strong knowledge of SAP modules.
• Experience in supporting SAP environments, Integration Knowledge with other SAP modules will be highly valued.
• Strong work ethics and a commitment to delivering quality support.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and maintains a positive attitude.
