Sales Representative ( OTC )
About this position
The Sales Representative - OTC at OLIC (Thailand) is responsible for driving sales and market presence of cutting-edge OTC solutions. This role focuses on establishing innovative product(s) with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and retail outlets to effectively promote and increase access to OLIC OTC’s products that meet evolving consumer needs.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Identify potential clients and key target accounts in OTC.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and retail managers.
• Conduct regular visits to clients to promote products and gather market intelligence.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of OLIC’s OTC products to customers and healthcare professionals.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars and trade activities and territory level.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide insights to the management team regarding market conditions and product performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective product distribution.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with Thai pharmaceutical regulations, company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales in OTC.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in OTC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a passion for sales.
