About this position

The HR Officer is responsible for coordinating transportation services, managing office equipment, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transportation services for employees, including shuttle schedules.
• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office equipment, particularly copiers and printers.
• Responsible for overseeing employee transportation services, managing office equipment (including copiers).
• Responsible for company fleet card, Exceptional transportation arrangements for clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers for regular deliveries and monitor usage to maintain stock levels.
• Oversee the maintenance and supplies of the first aid room, ensuring it is well-stocked and compliant with SOP/WI.
• Generate regular reports on transportation usage and first aid room activities for management review.
• Assist the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as company activities and social gatherings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in administrative functions, human resources, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective English communication: writing, reading, and speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
• Can-Do Attitude: Open to learning, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges.
