About this position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Product Specialist to join our team. The role involves overseeing the shock absorber product, managing customer inquiries, ensuring product performance, and providing technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product lifecycle, from research and development to post-sales support.
• Provide technical expertise regarding shock absorber specifications, applications, and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams.
• Assist the sales team by providing product knowledge and presenting product benefits to clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitor products, and emerging trends.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and customers about product features, benefits, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide technical recommendations, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and product performance.
• Maintain product documentation, specifications, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to improve product design and performance.
• Coordinate product launches, including promotional materials and product demo.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree.
• 5 years' experience in product management or technical sales, preferably in the automotive or shock absorber industry.
• In-depth knowledge of shock absorber products, their functions, and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Experience with CAD software for technical drawings or product modeling.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its standards.
