About this position

The Production Planning and Control Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production planning, including scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, capacity planning, imports/exports, and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Production Plan including the Production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, capacity planning, imports / exports, and warehousing.
• Monitoring, Analyze forecast data on the use of raw materials and parts to estimate and manage capacity manpower and make a production plan and problem solving immediately.
• Production planning on order for raw materials and parts in order to be able to production directly the needs of customers the efficiency and cost reduction in purchasing.
• Coordinate and follow up with various departments in order to produce according to the plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years' hands-on experience within Supply Chain Planning relevant to Manufacturing, Distribution, Production Control, Inventory Management and Logistics.
• Has passion and experiences in Automotive Planning area would be priority interested.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various functional areas within an organization.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
• Essential Job Skills: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, Leadership and problem-solving ability, Ability to learn quickly and Able to handle a complicated workload.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
