Trade Marketing Assistant Manager
About this position
The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, collaborating with marketing teams, and enhancing brand presence at points of sale.
Responsibilities
• Study and understand a variety of needs of each sales area, customer group, and distribution channel to plan sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve goals corresponding to product and sales strategy by store and promotional activities.
• Supervise the work of promoting the brand image at the point of sale, of branding, of arranging items and of publicizing marketing communications.
• Monitor the process of launching new products into the market.
• Develop the ability of distributors, agents and sales people to have sufficient product knowledge and sales skills to be able to sell products professionally.
• Explore Sales Tooling to accommodate dealers, agents and sales teams to enhance the effectiveness of presenting product.
• Analyze and present sales data, market information, competitors and important changes that affect the brand.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing and PR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience more than 3-5 years in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing.
• Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill and problem-solving skill.
• Excellent command of English communication.
• Good command of computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
