Sales Admin (Sales Coordinator)
About this position
The Sales Admin (Sales Coordinator) is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing order processing, logistics coordination, and customer relations to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
• Work proactively cross functional with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, in regards to Order processing and shipping to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
• Generating sales reports, scheduling and coordinating logistics, and processing customer invoices, price quotes and transactions.
• To assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing.
• Prepare the sale order received from Sales and acknowledge to customer accordingly.
• Preparing and updating sale order tracking, report, sale activities, document filling, etc.
• Preparing on project document support.
• To assist in daily administration task of Sales.
• Maintain and develop a good relation with internal and external customers at all level.
• Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Manager other assigned action items.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Import-Export Coordinator
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, flexible and service mind
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP or Oracle is preferred
• Knowledge in Import-Export documentation may be an advantage.
