Procurement-Officer
About this position
The Procurement Officer is responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while acting as a liaison between the company and suppliers.
Responsibilities
• Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
• Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage to ensure goods delivery in a timely manner.
• Process purchase orders to acquire goods.
• Ship goods abroad and complete customs clearance.
• Attend meetings with the engineering team, vendors, and suppliers.
Requirements
• Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, Legal, Project Management or any related field.
• 1-3 years experiences in sourcing.
• Experience with overseas sourcing is a plus.
• Good command of English (especially reading and writing), MS-excel.
• Result-Oriented with systematic thinking skills.
• Problem Solving skills. Coordination Skills.
