Business Development (B2B)
About this position
The Business Development (B2B) position is responsible for managing and driving the company's business execution of sales plans, achieving sales targets, and exploring new opportunities in both online and offline channels.
Responsibilities
• Manage and drive company business for the execution of all the sales plan
• Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets jointly with Line Supervisor
• Develop sales channel in order to cover all the target business areas
• Business plan and sales forecasts on the responsible market
• Explore new B2B opportunities including online and offline channels
• Manage and monitor online channel performance
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3 years experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Having a background in sales is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and computer-literate.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills.
• Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
