About this position
Responsibilities
• ควบคุมงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนดตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบงาน
• วางแผนการจัดการ แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ได้อย่างดี
• ประเมินราคา แกะของและวัสดุ จำนวนที่ใช้ในงานนั้นๆ
• ควบคุมการใช้วัสดุของผู้รับเหมา
• ตรวจสอบ ควบคุม และดูแลการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา
• รายงานความคืบหน้า ให้กับทางผู้บริหารและลูกค้ารับทราบ
Requirements
• ระดับการศึกษา วุฒิ ปวส.-ปริญญาโท
• มีประสบการ์ณด้านงานควบคุมงาน หรือโฟร์แมนมาก่อน อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• สามารถอ่านแบบแปลน และอ่านแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ได้
• มีวินัย ขยัน อดทน
• สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม microsoft office ได้อย่างดี
• หากใบ กว. จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ได้
• หากเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• รับเฉพาะใบสมัครที่มีรูปภาพเท่านั้น
