About this position

The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives while promoting a strong company culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to management on organizational development and workforce planning.
• Promote a strong company culture that reflects our values of respect, innovation, and sustainability.
• Design and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with labor laws and best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all HR operations, including BPJS administration and workplace safety standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and create a harmonious workplace environment.
• Identify training needs and design impactful programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Manage and continuously refine salary structures, benefits packages, and performance incentive systems.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Streamline HR workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with the designated Recruitment Specialist and oversee recruitment strategies to attract and onboard top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in HR management.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in the property development or F&B industry is an advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
