Responsibilities
Job Responsibility
• Management Team member of NXP Bangkok to drive site decision aligning with NXP values and mission.
• Be the leader and head of department for manufacturing and equipment team responsible for Mold, Trim & Form, Package Singulation, Marking
• Integrating Equipment and Production team to meet operations KPI, collaborating with various functional group including process, quality, planning, and innovation towards the same direction demonstrating NXP strategy and value
• Own & drive area KPIs to meet performance target (People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs)
• Having technical know
• Define, develop and establish operations strategy and roadmap
• Leading periodical review, organize and coordinate resources to ensure departmental goals in terms of productivity, yield, quality, cost, cycle time, on time delivery and OEE
• Liaise with Supply Chain team to meet dynamic business demands meeting customer delivery
• Drive best practices deployment to constantly improve operations excellence
• Customer-focused production material management complying to NXP Quality System
• Managing production line with Gemba involvement, engage in daily production status review to ensure consistent performance
• Demonstrating Leadership Driven Quality behavior
• Constantly scan on human failure risk with robust process control & manufacturing & maintenance standard work to eliminate low tech risk
• Propose relevant automation roadmap to transform production line towards error proofing & high productivity environment
• Constantly review production equipment fitness and propose obsolete equipment for replacement/renewal
• Review, evaluate and recommend to management the purchase of equipment and spare parts for the department without compromising Quality.
• Establish a clear talent succession, retention & growth for organization sustainability
• Institute SME in focused area with long term knowledge & skill sustainability
• Work with UG/Equipment counterpart on equipment benchmarking
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enable successful NPI/NTI launch with robust Safe Launch closure
• Be the key person in change management decision making alongside with engineering team risk assessment.
Requirements
Job Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering fields
• 8+ Years of Experience in Semiconductor industry is mandatory
• Strong leadership skills with good communication
• Quality driven leadership mindset
• Technical knowhow in Mold, Trim & Form, or Package Singulation would be pre-requisite
• Hands on, strong ownership, and able to collaborate as team player
