Warranty Claim Officer/Engineer - After Sales Service Section
About this position
Technical service engineer to provide technical support regarding company product, handle technical solve problems, warranty claim process, spare parts process and improve product quality.
Responsibilities
• Planning and handle for EV battery service center and technical service information
• Create and design technical service standard process, SOP, WI, Technical service bulletin
• Responsible for analysis technical problem for warranty claim process
• Handle and support technical troubleshooting process for EV battery and ESS
• Manage and control warranty claim and spare parts stock
• Handle and responsibility warranty claim process and spare parts warehouse
• Create and handle spare parts ordering and warehouse inventory stock
• Provide on the job training coaching develop skill dealers service staff to enhance repair and service
• Support information for diagnostic tools, equipment etc.
• Coordinate Gotion head quarter and factory for technical information and product specification
• Solving and close case of customers complaint
• Standby support 24 Hr. call center for problems case from dealers service
• Support the special project of each department and other tasks assign
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer/Electrical Engineer or relevant field.
• More than 1 year working experience of electrical system, warranty claim, spare parts position in automotive industry.
• Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, quality system
• Proficient in English or Chinese speaking ability is preferred
• Skill in electrical and mechanical system solve problems, warranty claim and spare parts
• Ability to drive a car with driving license
