Customer Quality Engineer
About this position
To be representative of quality Function for communication with Customer and Ensure Customer requirement and deploy every new requirement (Customer specific requirement) to Conform NV Gotion and IATF16949 Systems. Also, maintain Customer Quality KPI and continuous Improvement.
Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities:
• Handling of customer complaints / claim and customer related incidents to perform Pre-Investigation at Customer site and arrange containment actions, Corrective and Preventive Action till Issue Closed with In-Process Quality Engineer, Process Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Involve for Engineering change for quality deliverables. And Lead PPAP for submission to Customer.
• Maintain and Monitor traceability system for all processes in Production until Quality outgoing.
• Support customer visit or Audit according to Quality Issues at customer side.
• Establish and manage process quality control with continuous improvement and make sure part delivery meets customer satisfaction.
• Support Internal ISO TS16949, and IATF 16949 audits by preparing all documents concerned with the quality inspection process.
• Lead to review and Update Control Plan, Process Flow and FMEA for new Lesson learn.
Requirements
Qualification:
Formal Education
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
Work Experience
• 1- 5 years experience in Automotive manufacturer or Electronics Part Manufacturer
Specific Qualification for Position:
• Customer Focus, Customer satisfaction management skills
• Be able to travel to meet customers for urgent problems.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF16949, ISO9001.
• Drive for result, good Communication, soft and conflict management skills.
• Speaking and writing skills in Chinese are an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Strong observation, adaptability, and communication skills.
