About this position
Responsibilities
• Follow up unsafe condition to supervisor
• Provide safety committee meeting and minute meeting
• Collected statistic accident and advise to owner area accident happen
• Provide government report under regulation
• Provide PPE to employees and stock
• Inspection fire protection equipment as Fire Alarm / Fire extinguisher / Emergency lighting / fire evacuated and other
• Training construction and check work permitted
• Waste management and quantity report
• Inspection environmental on workplace
• Conduct safety activity (KYT, safety morning talk and other)
• Provide information safety board to employees
• Operate follow supervisor assign
• Follow up remedial action the incident / near miss / accident issued to ensure that have been remedial correctly and alien with EHS standard.
• Update Prepare new or safety and environmental health legal reports.
Requirements
• B.Sc., hold certificate safety officer in professional level or civil engineer and hold safety officer in professional level
• Experience safety officer in professional level
• Setting up ISO 14001: 2015 and document control
• Have experience internal auditor in ISO 14001: 2015
• Introduction safety and environmental rule to new employees and construction
• Provide SHE management yearly
• Inspection fire protection management
• Order PPE equipment
• Chemical management and Wearhouse management
• Handel waste management in free zone, information quantity to DIW
• Investigate, analyze and report incident or accident on the job to department concerning and find solution to eliminate harmful on workplace.
• Able to work under pressor and good communication and positive relation with employees
• Pass training safety officer in professional level.
• English: Fair
• Speaking and writing skills in Chinese are preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
