Sales Product Representative (AnimalDx)
About this position
The Sales Product Representative (AnimalDx) is responsible for selling products through sub-distributors, designing sales strategies, conducting product promotions, and managing customer relationships to drive success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Selling products via sub-distributors from various locations to meet the needs of users from government and private institutions.
• Designing sales strategies every quarter with a focus on target users.
• Carry out various product promotion activities in the form of lab visits, join visits, and also offline events.
• Communicate technical product updates to customers and sales teams to drive success and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site training for customers on service Animal Dx and related products.
• Contribute to customer relationship management, understanding customer goals, setting appropriate product and performance expectations, and gathering intelligence regarding competitive intel and new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to maximize sales channels and market awareness of products through digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the product team for the implementation of product demos in the user's lab or at related events.
• Follow up with customers regarding the constraints and dynamics of product usage on a regular basis.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma (D3) education, majoring in fisheries, economics, and related science.
• At least 2 years of direct sales experience, and have successfully achieved targets.
• Good knowledge of the shrimp industry in Indonesia including products, competitive awareness, and customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suites & Ms. Office (especially Excel).
• Able to work individually or in a team with good decision-making skills.
• Have the capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. sales targets, customers, and sales areas.
• Ability to relate closely with customers and build strong and sustainable relationships.
