About this position

Responsibilities

• วางแผนการผลิต: กำหนดแผนการผลิตในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้าและเป้าหมายของบริษัท
• ประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ: ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายจัดส่ง และฝ่ายวิศวกรรม เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• วางแผนการจัดสรรทรัพยากร: เครื่องFG และวัตถุดิบต่างๆ ให้เพียงพอต่อการผลิต
• การวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต: วิเคราะห์กระบวนการผลิตและเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต เพื่อลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
• วิเคราะห์รายงานการนำเข้า FG และการผลิต และนำเสนอผู้บริหารเพื่อใช้ในการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
• การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาทีมงาน: ดูแลและส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะของทีมงานในฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต เพื่อให้ทีมงานมีความรู้และทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• วิเคราะห์คาดการปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อป้องกันการชะงักหรือความล่าช้า
• อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมการผลิต, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี
• สามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและใช้เครื่องมือทางการวางแผนการผลิต
• มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการและการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ ได้ดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและมีความยืดหยุ่นในเรื่องเวลาทำงาน
• ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม MS Excel, PowerPoint และซอฟต์แวร์ ERP
