NSW built a new factory in Amata city Chonburi (Phase 9). Over the past two decades We are expert to production and distribution plastic injection molding such as fuel pipe clamp, interior clips, engine clips and other design to support customers need from expanding automotive market. NSW (Thailand) aimed to position as a leader of small plastic injection molding and meet the needs of a wide range of industries, including home appliance, electronics, and others. As NSW (Thailand) continues to grow and evolve, its contributions to the local economy and export aboard.

About this position

ตำแหน่ง IT Staff จะรับผิดชอบในการสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้ใช้ รวมถึงการดูแลระบบเครือข่ายและการบำรุงรักษาเซิร์ฟเวอร์ต่างๆ

Responsibilities

• Support และแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ของ User ทั้งหมด
• สร้าง Report และ Support ระบบ ERP (Epicor)
• ดูแลระบบ Network ภายใน รวมถึงแก้ปัญหาระบบ Network
• ดูแล แก้ปัญหา รวมถึงบำรุงรักษาและ Backup ข้อมูล Server, File Server, Database Server, AD Server, Printer
• Support ระบบ SCP, CCTV และ Link-I (เครื่องจักร)
• ควบคุมและตรวจสอบลิขสิทธิ์ Hardware และ Software คอมพิวเตอร์ให้ถูกต้อง
• การสร้างและควบคุม E-mail account
• จัดทำเอกสาร ISO และเอกสารอื่นๆ ของแผนก

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรีด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
• ประสบการณ์ทางด้าน SUPPORT 1 ปีขึ้นไป
• Extensive experience of computers and servers
• Thorough understanding of PC and network hardware
• Experience in ERP support (มีความเข้าใจและมีพื้นฐานด้าน ERP จะจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบเครือข่าย
• สามารถพูด อ่าน และเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี , มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
