Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing OD projects such as performance management, high potential program, career path, leadership development program.
• Develop organizational and people development strategies.
• Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
• Designing, aligning, and implementing plan for increasing successor & talent pipeline.
• Monitoring, reviewing, evaluating development plan and successor & talent career.
• Creating succession plan.
• Collaborate with line managers to determine specific training requirements and develop targeted training solutions.
• CSR activity.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in Human Resource Organization Development Skills.
• Experience in designing and delivering training plans.
• Understanding of Career Path and Individual Development Plan (IDP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in organizing training, both external and internal, and online.
• Certified in Human Resource Management, Training and Human Resource Development.
• Good in both English and Thai.
