About this position

NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF) is a leading Southeast Asian food manufacturer and distributor based in Thailand, producing its own signature brands, private label products, and co-packaging lines. The company has diversified into plant-based business and eCommerce not only in Thailand but also in the USA and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership team.
• Manage all financial and accounting department of NRF. Supervise creation of reports, software utilizing and tools for budgeting and forecasting.
• Review and ensure application of appropriate internal process controls and financial procedures.
• Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly, annual financial statements.
• Work with Internal Auditor and Group Compliance to ensure appropriate internal legal compliance.
• Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, half-year and yearly financial results and provide recommendations to CFIO and COO.
• Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation.
• Evaluate systems and software to provide critical financial, operational information, and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing working efficiency.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process.
• Demonstrate leadership competency, confidence, and executive presence – ability to motivate staff.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 8 years of solid experiences in food manufacturer companies (Must), specialized in both accounting and finance.
• Experienced in listed companies focused on accounting and finance is preferable.
• Profound in Thai Financial Reporting Standards for Publicly Accountable Entities (TFRSs for PAEs).
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance.
• A person with eye for details, data oriented and good track record as a team leader.
• Willing to take on challenges and able to work under pressure.
• Able to travel abroad.
