About this position
The Social Media Specialist/ Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing paid ads to maximize return on ad spend.
Responsibilities
• Develop a social media campaign and content plan aligned with the brand's identity
• Create and execute social media campaigns to promote the brand
• Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to adapt content strategies
• Manage daily social media activity and content calendar
• Produce engaging social media content on various platforms
• Analyze social media campaigns, content, and KOL using analytical tools
• Conduct bidding optimization and target audience adjustment for maximum ROAS
• Provide reports, recommendations, and advice for social media marketing strategies
• Adjust ads-management daily for optimal results
Requirements
• Graduate of communication, marketing, journalism, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in social media content development or digital marketing
• Highly skilled in online/social media communication and knowledgeable in Social Media algorithms
• Drive, competence, flexibility, and willingness to learn
• Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of platform workings
• Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and analytical, data-driven mindset
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and ability to create tailored content
• Strong communication skills and self-driven with a passion for social media
• Effective relationship management skills with attention to detail
• Able to take pictures and videos
• Certificate in Social Media is a plus
• Willing to work outside regular hours if necessary
