About this position

The Product Quality Assurance position involves contributing to the development of new product concepts, ensuring compliance with cosmetic regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing new product concepts until launch.
• Support lab trial
• Report the development of formula stability
• Input documentation for research documents to the system
• Check Raw materials and packaging regularly and handle all documents needed
• Analyze the current trend and consumer feedback.
• Ensure the products meet cosmetic regulations.
• Responsible for internal communication with cross-functional partners related to the products.
• Willing to do try-ons for the products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in makeup or related field
• 1-2 years of work experience as a Product Quality Assurance, preferably from a beauty company.
• Familiar with makeup or MUA
• Makeup enthusiast
• have good communication and communication skills
• have data analysis skills
• Familiar in handling product concepts to finished products
• Familiar with makeup trends, color development, and makeup testing
