About this position

The Accounting & Tax SPV is responsible for maintaining and managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate tax filings. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, proven experience in accounting and tax, and familiarity with tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining and managing the company's financial records and accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collect the company's daily accounting transactions, including recording income and expenses, preparing invoices, and preparing payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Compile and manage financial reports related to tax aspects, including income tax reports, VAT, PPh 21, and other taxes.
• Perform tax calculations and payments according to the determined schedule.
• Ensure tax filings are accurate and timely, in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Support other financial and tax projects and tasks, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accounting and tax specialist, accountant, or similar role.
• Have and understand Brevet A, B and C.
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office and accurate.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Experience in tax planning and strategy.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to WFO Monday - Saturday 09:00 -17:00 (Palace : Mangga Besar - Central Jakarta)
