About this position

Responsibilities

During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of eight-months duration, starting in your home country Indonesia, followed by two further international rotations which could include our headquarters in Denmark or International Operations Strategic Office in Zurich, an International Operations Regional Office or one of our many global affiliates.
• Partner closely with your internal stakeholders and gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks that pharmaceutical companies face in the marketplace.
• Learn how to impact the business with your acquired commercial understanding.
• Ensure you build the required competences needed to become a future business leader in Novo Nordisk.

Requirements

To thrive and succeed as an International Operation Business Graduate in Indonesia, we expect you to have:
• Indonesian citizenship
• A recent master's degree from 2024 or planned graduation in 2025, in a relevant field such as business administration, management, marketing or international business
• Outstanding academic achievements
• International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
• Relevant work experience or organizational activities obtained next to your studies.
