About this position

Novo Nordisk Indonesia is seeking a Brand Manager to join their dynamic team, focusing on making a difference in the healthcare industry through marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing brand strategies for specific products, ensuring a thorough understanding of opportunities, threats, and key risks for the brand and Novo Nordisk Indonesia.
• Establishing solid sales expectations based on market trends, insights, and future strategy impacts.
• Led the brand team, continuously monitoring the market landscape, and implementing appropriate measures.
• Collaborating with relevant departments and stakeholders throughout campaign development, ensuring alignment between marketing activities and business strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Medical, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
• A proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
