About this position

If your dream is to help close to 400 million people worldwide by driving the world’s leading diabetes product portfolio organization, we invite you to join our team as a Product Specialist GLP-1 in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities;
• Conduct a territory business plan, suggest and discuss relevant action plans with your manager, and implement the action plan in collaboration with marketing and colleagues within the function to drive overall performance in your territory.
• Maintain up-to-date information on customers and the market landscape, and report all information into the company’s system on time.
• Actively participate in exhibitions, symposiums, and congresses as needed to increase awareness of disease management and product knowledge among healthcare professionals, and to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Hold a minimum of an associate’s degree with a strong interest in sales.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in sales at a pharmaceutical company (preferably multinational) and be knowledgeable about the private market in Surabaya.
• Have knowledge (expertise is advantageous) of products requiring strong conceptual understanding (e.g., Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiovascular) and understand how to communicate product information to stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong ethical conduct, a high degree of self-motivation, and a desire to influence.
