About this position
The Vice President of Corporate Finance is responsible for overseeing the corporate finance function, managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring effective investor relations.
Responsibilities
Corporate Finance Function
• Managing and monitoring feasibility studies for all projects, updating actual performance, financial analysis for various scenarios.
• Analyzing actual operating results, identifying key financial and operating issues, and quantifying actual results versus forecasts.
• Analyzing and recommending appropriate assumptions for financial models
Bank and Financial institutions, Funding and Investment
• Handling and coordinating relationships with banks and financial institutions, providing loan sources and negotiating with financial institutions to secure favorable financial terms.
• Reviewing loan agreements and transaction-related agreements, providing comments on commercial and financial terms.
• Dealing with financial institutions and potential investors to ensure reasonable commercial terms for the company.
• Exploring and recommending financing alternatives for the company.
• Ensuring compliance with all covenants under loan agreements.
Investor relation
• Preparing financial information and report for the Board of Directors, shareholders, and bankers.
• Performing investment valuations and presenting proposals for management approval.
• Studying and staying updated on the financial market and financial instruments to manage risk effectively.
• Performing financial analysis for the company's financial status planning and control to comply with stakeholder conditions (lenders, shareholders).
• Performing ad hoc reports or tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance analysis, project finance advisory, financial project management, business analysis, forecasting, or financial feasibility studies.
• Solid background in Banking and Funding relations with bank and investor.
• Strategic thinking, self-motivation, multitasking, collaboration, open-mindedness, and good team player.
• Communication and Negotiation with related parties.
• Good command of English.
