About this position

The Project Coordinator (Architect-Housing Project) Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of housing projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Survey land and site
• Develop project feasibility, Project plan and Budget plan
• Coordinate with Construction companies
• Develop design with designer and verify the design to comply with regulations
• Submit EIA and related licenses
• Manage project plan on time and coordinate to designer and constructor.
• Ensure the completion of construction and design ready to transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture
• Direct experiences from Developers is a plus
• 5+ year's experience
• Proficiency in design, project management skill, communication skill, coordination skill
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up and relevant graphic programs.
