About this position

The IT Technical Support Officer is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and applications, as well as managing IT inventory and coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and maintaining operating system Windows, Mac OS
• Installing, configuring and maintaining application Windows, Mac OS
• Installing, configuring and maintaining system network
• Documenting and report related to information technology
• Preparing information technology manual
• Coordinate with other department and project for installing, configuring and maintaining computers and peripheral devices
• Manage and prepare IT inventory assets report
• Work remotely as assigned by company

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related filed
• Problem solving skills on hardware and software
• Able to install application programs and Microsoft Platform
• Skills to installing and configuring Mac OS system and application for MAC
• Basic skill of networking and be able to preliminary install and configure
• Be able to work as a team and service mind with good analytical
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to work remotely as assigned
• Be able to work out of office hours
• Good communication in English would be preferable considering
• Able to drive a car or motorcycle, has a driver's license. If you have a personal car, it will be given special consideration.
