Finance Officer (1-3 Years Experiences - New Graduate is welcome)
About this position
The Finance Officer position is responsible for various financial tasks including preparing invoices, payment transactions, and coordinating with the accounting team and banks. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
• Prepare invoice and receipt for customers.
• Prepare payment transactions via cheque, transfer and etc.
• Prepare Receive Voucher (RV)
• Prepare Payment Vouchers (PV)
• Prepare Bank reconcile from statements to transaction RV and PV transaction in the system.
• Coordinate with Accounting team to ensure accuracy of WHT and VAT
• Coordinate with Banks on payment/receive transactions.
• Prepare summary loan status and assist in monitoring company loan status.
• Prepare daily cash report and assist in monitoring daily cash status.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 1-3 years-experiences.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Basic MS Word and PowerPoint skill.
• Experience in Manufacturing business is a plus.
• Experience in using SAP-B1 outgoing or incoming module is a plus.
