About this position

The CS Manager (Ownership Transfer) - Real Estate is responsible for overseeing transfer operations for both low and high-rise properties, ensuring targets are met and managing a team to achieve service standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for transfer targets both low & high rises
• Strategies planning & achievements on transfer targets
• Handle over all end to end transfer operations
• Updates transfer status reports to management.
• Manage a team of CS - Transfers staffs by setting service standards and ensuring KPIs are met.
• Ensure timely and accuracy for weekly/monthly report for management review.
• Demonstrate high level of leadership skills and provide necessary training and guidance to the CS staff operational functions to achieve full competencies

Requirements

• Master degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing and other related fields
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CR, CS field from real estate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in English is A Must
• Good leadership and management skill with strong problem-solving competency and an out-of-box approach in providing solutions.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
