CRM & CSR Marketing (Manager)
About this position
The CRM & CSR Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing CRM strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and developing CSR programs that align with the company's values and objectives.
Responsibilities
• Create CRM strategy branded experience through marketing activities, and event to achieve a member development target.
• In charge of CRM planning and operations of assigned projects.
• Supporting team for planning, communicating, developing marketing campaign that generated from customer insight to deliver incremental sales volume and customer loyalty.
• To support team to initiate redemption program and manage CRM gifts for CRM activities.
• Prepare reports and create presentations to summary CRM weekly meeting.
• Responsible for team payment; PR, Invoice, Advance, and petty cash allocation process.
• Develop, execute CSR programs and initiatives aligned with the company's values and objectives.
• Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Contact Center team, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement processes and protocols for efficient and effective customer support.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing (event base) & CSR, in real estate, department store or other related business.
• Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, organized and good strong team player.
• Demonstrated autonomy and initiative.
• Demonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics and capable of driving insight to action.
• Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills.
• High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) is essential.
