About this position

The Business Analyst/System Analyst is responsible for understanding user requirements, presenting solutions, coordinating with teams, and ensuring project implementation meets timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Engage/Understand user requirements or user pain points.
• Present solutions to users and product development team.
• Coordinate with UX/UI team to design User Interface.
• Review Test cases, written by testers, to ensure those cover all critical points.
• Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems.
• Assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, document.
• Coordinate with Head and Team Lead to manage project implementation to finish within timeline and cover all deliverable.
• Validate results by review testing results from testers or testing programs.
• Provide training, consultation, and support to users, and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in business analyst role.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and documentation, Sharp and Accuracy.
• Good knowledge of requirements gathering, and analysis.
• Good knowledge of RDBMS, Database Design, Data Modelling.
• Strong background in MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience on ERP, CRM would be an advantage.
• Experience on Real-Estate business would be an advantage.
• Experience on Network Architecture and Cloud would be an advantage.
• Knowledge on Web Technologies, Front-End Web Frameworks, Back-End Development or Mobile development is a plus.
• Problem solver and strong analytical.
• Handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and quickly absorb.
• Ability to work under pressure and good teamwork.
