About this position

เจ้าหน้าที่การเงินประจำสำนักงานกรุงเทพมีหน้าที่ในการเตรียมเอกสารและจัดการการจ่ายเงิน รวมถึงการสนับสนุนการประเมินเครดิตของลูกค้าและการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินต่างๆ

Responsibilities

• เตรียมเอกสารและทำการจ่าย Cheque Outsourcing ทุกวันที่ 10 และ 20 รวมทั้งจัดทำการจ่ายในระบบ SAP ให้ทันเวลา
• เตรียมเอกสารทำจ่าย Manual Cheque
• จัดทำใบหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ให้กับ Supplier, Bank ผู้ถือหุ้น รวบรวมและจัดทำ ภงด 3&53
• เก็บรวบรวมเอกสาร Payment Voucher for Internal and External purpose
• ดึงข้อมูลรายงานจาก Bank Statement ทุกธนาคาร และ Update daily bank
• ดึงข้อมูลจาก Finance Statement จาก BOL เพื่อ Support customer credit evaluation
• จัดพิมพ์ใบเสร็จรับเงินเพื่อ Support Sales Collection
• ดูแล จัดทำ นำเช็คเข้าฝากธนาคาร Thru Bank Custody และจัดทำรายงานเงินที่ลูกค้าโอนเข้าในแต่ละวัน for Expected Source of Cash Inflow
• จัดทำเช็คเข้าระบบ SAP
• งานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือการเงิน
• ประสบการณ์ ด้านการเงิน 0-3 ปี (ยินดีตอนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
• หากมีความรู้ SAP หรือระบบ ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากทักษาะภาษาอังกฤษดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
