About this position

The Planning Officer is responsible for long-term production planning, adjusting production plans, coordinating customer orders, and maintaining production and sales documents. The role also involves managing inventory and summarizing monthly sales.

Responsibilities

• Long-term production planning
• Adjusting production plans
• Coordinating customer orders and inputting them into the system
• Setting annual production plans
• Setting/ordering monthly production plans
• Managing Product Master
• Coordinating with customers for orders domestically and internationally
• Calculating EDP Manpower
• Setting support for Manpower, Capacity, and Stock
• Creating monthly production and sales documents
• Setting and ordering monthly production plans
• Managing Inventory
• Controlling AS400
• Summarizing monthly sales

Requirements

• Female only
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 0-1 years of experience in production planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Powerpoint
• Good communication skills in English
• Negotiation skills
• TOEIC score of 500+ is a plus
• Proactive and fast learner
• Good interpersonal skills, diligent, responsible
